Intermediate
An intermediate to advanced, energised and flowing class that will challenge your whole body whilst still offering all the postural, flexibility toning and injury-prevention benefits of traditional Pilates!
The result is an intense and demanding full body-workout that sculpts figures, builds lean, toned muscle, fast, and will leave you buzzing with endorphins.

Jumpboard
Challenge your cardio! Are you looking for a fun, yet challenging class thats high intensity but low impact?
Using the jumpboard which attached to the front of the reformer you will get your heart rate up, work those legs, abs and arms getting a full body endurance class guaranteed to get you sweating!

Mums & Baby
As a busy mum, finding childcare, dropping the baby off, parking, getting to class, it all adds stress. Now you can relax and come to class without all the extra faff. You get to have your me time again. We run a number of parent and baby classes: reformer Pilates with your baby gently rebuilds your pelvic floor and core while your baby lies next to the machine and meet other local new mums in the area.
*Unfortunately babies cannot be mobile for this class just because the machines are dangerous for inquisitive little fingers.
