FAQ

What do I need to bring to class with me?

You will need a pair of pilates grip/sticky socks (we will also have some for you to purchase if needed in the studio). We also recommend a bottle of water and small towel 

 

What happens if I cannot attend anyone? 

Please make sure to cancel yourself out of class before the 24hr cut off period so you don’t get charged and you will get your class re-credited into your account. Anything after this will.be a late cancellation and you will be charged

 

What should I wear?

Wear gym clothes that you are comfortable to move in, if you are wearing shorts please ensure there are lined! 

 

What facilities do you have? 

We have a changing room and shower facilities on site for you to use.

 

What can I expect from a Reformer Pilates class?

In our 50 minute classes, we will look at working every aspect of your body with a focus on your core! Focusing on lengthening, strengthening  and improving your flexibility to help keep you supple from top to toe! We will be using the reformer to challenge our body with a variety of tension/ resistance from the carriage which wiki be spring loaded from the base. Remember heavy springs dont always mean its hard!! 

 

How big are the classes?

Our classes are a maximum of 5 people so that our instructors can give every single person that extra attention and detail to get the most out of their class and workout!! 

 

Do you have to be fit and flexible to attend?

NO!! Wellbeing pilates classes are for everyone and all abilities.

 

Im pregnant can I still attend your class?

Congratulations!! Whilst you are pregnant we ask that you do not attend our group classes and instead switch to private sessions until after the birth and been signed off by a doctor; where you can then either attend a mums and babies class, or our general classes again. 

 

What are the jumpboard classes?

Our Jumpboards classes are a high intensity, low impact class, guaranteed to make you sweat! So if you are sick of  the general cardio workouts and looking for something new thats going to get your heart racing and those endorphins flowing, book in today!! Suitable for all levels and abilities.

 

Is there parking?

Yes, they is plenty of parking on the road which is free of charge.
